Product List for Unidentified Fulfillment Items

When adding new products to our fulfillment warehouse, you have two ways to ensure proper product identification:

1. Send us a product list (free option) that includes the product SKU, product name, and the barcode (EAN) printed on the item. This allows our fulfillment system to automatically recognize the products – the fastest and most efficient method.
2. You can also manually identify products that our system flags as unknown within the fulfillment platform using the product name, photo, and barcode – this is the slower and more expensive option.

Product List Format

Your product list must include the following:

1. SKU (Item number) – maximum 25 characters (letters and/or numbers), must not contain tabs
2. Product name – maximum 150 characters
3. Barcode (EAN) – numbers only, no tabs allowed. If a product has multiple barcodes, separate them with commas

If the EAN Code Starts with Zero

Please note: If a product’s barcode starts with a zero (e.g. 012545863), the leading zero must be included in the spreadsheet.

Some systems automatically remove leading zeros, but in our case it is essential that the EAN code in your file exactly matches the code printed on the product packaging.

Make sure the EAN codes on your products match the ones in your file!

1. Manufacturers may occasionally change a product’s barcode – always make sure the spreadsheet contains the product’s current, valid barcode.
   Only then can products be identified automatically and free of charge.
2. For multi-pack or bundled products, please provide the EAN code printed directly on the individual item, not the outer packaging.
